Saint Euphrosynos loved Christ so much and constantly had Him in his heart, and God Blessed him to experience Paradise while he was living on Earth. This became known when his fellow Priest-Monk Prayed for God to show him the things prepared for those who love God, and he had a vision that he was in Paradise, and he saw Saint Euphrosynos there too. Saint Euphrosynos told him “This is the dwelling place of God’s elect, and by God’s great goodness I have made my abode here as well.” When the Priest asked if he has authority over the beautiful things in the garden around them Saint Euphrosynos replied “As far as I am able, I distribute to others the things you see here.” He then gave the Priest-Monk three apples, which he found in his hand when he awoke from the vision. Speaking about this vision with the humble Saint Euphrosynos, the Priest-Monk understood it actually happened and was not only a dream.
